Married Audrey Jennie George in 1932; two sons and one daughter. Primary school teacher; later principal in Melbourne schools for teacher training for 12 years: retired in 1969. President, Melbourne branch, International P.E.N.. 1954-57, 1958-61. Died in 1974. |
