Nick Oldham, born 1956 in Lancashire, became a police officer whilst still a teenager, and remains a serving one, at the time of writing. He has a main series character in the name of Henry Christie. His books are set in the North-West of England, a part of the world he lives in. Given his experience of the job and knowledge of the location it is little wonder the books are technically and geographically accurate and interersting. Other than this we know little else about this author but should be only too glad to flesh this out should anyone be able to help us. |
