Brief Biography THOMSON, June. British. Born in Kent. 24 June 1930. Educated at Chelmsford High School for Girls, Essex, 1941-49; Bedford College, University of London, 1949-52, B.A. (honours) in English 1952. Divorced; two sons. Has taught, full-time and part-time, in schools in Stoke-on-Trent, London, and Hertfordshire.
