Solomon's Vineyard - Jonathan Latimer 1941 UK hardback first edition, first issue, Methuen, London A VG+ book sadly sans dust jacket The book shows no names, inscriptions or stamps etc Clean text block and boards, tight and square Not released unexpurgated in the US till the 1980's Reading the first page seems at first to suggest why it was censored for the US market However it is, I believe, the twist at the end An important title Very rare and the only copy we have ever handled For Sale at £SOLD (approx $SOLD) * - free delivery worldwide ! |
