Hulbert Footner - Brief Biography
Born in Canada 1879, educated in New York. Married with 3 daughters and worked as a journbalist before becoming a full time writer. He was a prolific author being published from 1918 up until his death. His main series characters were Amois Lee Mappin and Rosika Storey. He lived in Maryland and died 25 November 1944
