Ethel Lina White - Brief Biography
Born 1887 and died 1944. Best known for The Wheel Spins which was adapted for film by Alfred Hitchcock as the classic The Lady Vanishes. Also the Spiral Staircae, another film and play from the book Some Must Watch. The was directed by Robert Siodmak and starred Dorothy McGuire, George Bent and Ethel Barrymore.
