Brief Biography ECR Lorac. Pseudonym for Edith Caroline Rivett; also wrote under the name of Carol Carnac. British. She was born in Hendon, London.in 1894 and was educated at South Hampstead High School; Central School of Arts and Crafts. London. Member of the Detection Club. Died 2 July 1958.
