WILLIAMS, Charles. American. Born in San Angelo, Texas, 13 August 1909. Educated in Brownsville High School, Texas, through tenth grade. Married Lasca Foster in 1939; one daughter. Radio Operator, United States Merchant Marine, 1929-39; Radio Inspector, Radiomarine Corporation, Galveston, Texas, 1939-42; Electronics Inspector. Puget Sound Navy Yard, Bremerton, Washington, 1942^16; Radio Inspector, Mackay Company, San Francisco, 1946-50. Died in 1975.
