The Narrow Search - Andrew Garve
1957 UK hardback first edition, first impression published by Collins Crime Club in London
A near VG book in VG++ unclipped dustwrapper
The book has tanning and foxing to edges otherwise a solid copy
No names or stamps etc, tight and square, just the edge tanning
The jacket is very nice, bright and fresh, just very minor shelf wear, superb artwork by Randell

It does not take Clare Hunter many years of marriage to discover that her husband, Arnold, is ruthless and unscrupulous. She decides to leave him but he resorts to blackmail, in desperation she seeks an ally in Hugh Cameron, a former colleague

These era CCC books have become ever more scarce, some titles once relatively easily sourced have now disappeared completely
Apart from the edge foxing, very much priced accordingly, a nice copy and the nicest jacket I've seen on this title
